In the News
The latest Sun, Sand and Ceilings 2025 report highlights encouraging progress: women now hold one-third of tourism and hospitality board seats, more than double the share from a decade ago. This growth reflects rising opportunities across airlines, cruise lines, and other sectors.
The report includes a 10-step action plan with practical strategies for tourism organisations to advance gender equality, including gender audits, mentoring programs, and transparent target setting.
The WIB Council thanks MCI for its continuing support and sponsorship.
