Association Announces Board Transitions and Welcomes New Board Members
Recent expansion adds more bus, tour, and travel representatives
The American Bus Association (the Association) is announcing a slate of Board of Directors transitions, recognizing Board members whose terms are concluding and welcoming a new class of incoming Board leaders who will help guide the Association’s work in the years ahead.
Board members concluding their service
The Association extends deep gratitude to the Board members whose terms are expiring and who are cycling off the Board. Their service and contributions have left a lasting, positive mark on the organization, and the Association is stronger because of their leadership, time, and commitment. The Nominating Committee thanks these members for their dedicated and distinguished service:

- François Tremblay, Prevost
As part of this transition, Prevost has announced that Guillaume Charron, vice president of retail operations and a 30-year motorcoach industry veteran, will succeed François Tremblay as Prevost’s representative on the Association’s Board of Directors.
New incoming Board members
The Association is also pleased to share that the Board has accepted a new slate of incoming Board members. Their addition follows the Board’s recent decision to expand, bringing more bus operators and travel industry leaders to the leadership table.
In accordance with the Association’s bylaws, these new Board members will serve staggered terms so future term expirations align with the existing cohort.
