Rosen Systems Inc. announces upcoming auction featuring Charter Buses

Rosen Systems (“Rosen”) has announced that it will conduct an auction for the bankruptcy court to sell assets from Cowtown Bus Charters, a charter bus company located in Fort Worth (Bk #: 24-43242-mxm11). This sale will feature multiple Van Hool buses, a TMC bus, pallet racking, and lots more.

“Cowtown Bus Charters filed a voluntary petition in September 2024, under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (Bk Case #: 24-43242-mxm11),” said Mike Rosen, President of Rosen Systems. “With over 100 years of experience, Rosen Systems is pleased to be hosting the auction for this bankruptcy case. From our experience and knowledge, we believe this sale will have a great outcome to help in the relief of Cowtown Bus Charters.”

The new auction Rosen Systems is putting together closes Thursday, June 12th at 2 PM CT. Inspection for the items will be Tuesday, June 10th, 10 AM – 3 PM at 5504 Forest Hill Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76119.
