Jenny Johnson, who began working with the Hall family at 16 and has extensive experience in hospitality and guest operations, has been promoted to Vice President of Guest Operations. Her leadership and dedication have been instrumental in maintaining high customer service standards.

Additionally, the company has welcomed two new hires. Rebecca Fernandez joins the Partnership Management and Guest Operations team, bringing over a decade of experience in school administration and a fresh perspective to the travel industry. Adam Schimbeno, previously a seasonal worker, transitions to a full-time role in the Motorcoach and Charter Operations team. His driver support and education expertise will aid in operational efficiency and fleet expansion in Alaska and Minnesota.
