Celebrating Excellence: CIT Signature Transportation Receives Service Excellence Award at iTIP’s Summer Celebration

On June 11, 2024, at the Hilton Garden Inn in Sioux City, the Iowa Travel Industry Partners (iTIP) honored CIT Signature Transportation with the prestigious Service Excellence Award during their Summer Celebration. This accolade, nominated by Kevin Bourke, President and CEO of Discover Ames, recognized CIT Signature Transportation’s exceptional commitment to providing outstanding customer service and logistical support.

Kim Grzywacz, Director of Sales at CIT Signature Transportation, expressed gratitude for the recognition, stating, “We were honored to receive the Service Excellence Award at iTIP’s Summer Celebration. This notice came as we prepared for three large events that took a year to plan.” The company recently provided shuttles for the Special Olympics, airport and hotel shuttles for Odyssey of the Mind, and volunteer and spectator shuttles for the Principal Charity Classic.

Receiving the award culminated their efforts, symbolizing well-deserved recognition for CIT Signature Transportation’s tireless commitment to excellence. Looking ahead, the company’s leadership is enthusiastic about the future and the continued success of its second generation in upholding its standards of exceptional service. “Being presented with the award was an exclamation point to jobs well done by our entire team,” said Kim, reflecting on the CIT team’s dedication during those events.
