American Bus Association Announces Key Staff Promotions to Support Membership, Communications and Growth Initiatives
The expanded roles will support the Association's new strategy and growth.
ABA is pleased to announce the promotion of three team members to new leadership roles, strengthening our membership engagement, communications, and organizational growth efforts.
Boshia Smith has been promoted to Senior Membership Manager. She will lead the membership recruitment and retention functions in this capacity, driving ABA’s mission to support and expand its member base. Her commitment to building strong relationships within our community has made her an invaluable asset to our organization.
Ben H. Rome’s position has been expanded to Director of Communications and Brand, a title that officially includes brand management. This addition underscores ABA’s recognition of the importance of a proactive approach to building, protecting, and growing our brand. Ben’s experience and strategic insights will help ABA enhance its presence and reputation within the industry and beyond.
Vicki Osman has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Meetings, Events, and Education. With her promotion, Vicki joins ABA’s Senior Staff, further integrating her expertise and vision into ABA’s core operations. Her leadership and attention to detail will play a key role in the planning and executing ABA’s industry-leading events and educational initiatives.
