Move expands customer base and presence on the East Coast with no anticipated service disruptions
Adventure Tours, a leading charter bus company on the East Coast, today announced it has acquired select intangible assets of Sterling Worldwide Limousine & Sterling Charters, including its brand, customer relationships, client reservations, and related goodwill. This transaction does not include the purchase of the company entity, its physical assets, or any past or future liabilities. Sterling Worldwide Limo & Sterling Charter is a luxury transportation company providing black car, minibus, and motorcoach services based in Charlotte, NC.
The acquisition supports Adventure Tours’ strategic growth objectives by expanding its customer base and strengthening its presence in Charlotte, NC, and surrounding areas. Clients included in the transaction will benefit from expanded service offerings, increased fleet options, enhanced support, improved technology, and, most importantly, the continuity of the excellent service they have experienced with Sterling Worldwide Limo & Sterling Charter.
