Set to open in 2026, Ho-Chunk Gaming – Beloit will raise the stakes for group experiences
Big things are happening in Beloit, Wis., and one of the most exciting projects in the city’s history is nearing completion. In 2026, Ho-Chunk Gaming – Beloit will debut as the most significant economic investment our city has ever undertaken. Its state-of-the-art casino resort promises to reshape the community and elevate Beloit into a standout hotspot for visitors from Wisconsin and beyond.
The project reached a major milestone on Oct. 25, 2024, when representatives from the Ho-Chunk Nation joined local leaders, community partners, and residents for a ceremonial groundbreaking. Members of the Ho-Chunk Nation have been working toward a Beloit-based project for decades, and seeing it come to life with an anticipated opening in September 2026 has been a moment years in the making.

Once complete, Ho-Chunk Gaming – Beloit will offer an impressive mix of entertainment, hospitality, and amenities. The state-of-the-art casino will feature more than 1,500 slot machines, 44 table games, a sportsbook, and a casino bar, making it the second-largest casino in Wisconsin. Following the casino’s debut in 2026, the resort, opening in summer 2027, will feature an 18-story hotel with 312 guest rooms, four on-site restaurants, and a flexible convention center for events and meetings.
One of the most exciting additions is the 76,413-square-foot convention center. It will be the largest meeting and event space in the region and will create opportunities for both visitors and locals to enjoy. The convention center will include multiple breakout rooms and adaptable layouts, making it ideal for conferences, concerts, cultural celebrations, and community events.
Once completed, the complex will offer a variety of entertainment, dining, and lodging options perfect for bus groups. Ho-Chunk Gaming – Beloit will offer a bus charter program and will welcome tour operators and travelers to the gorgeous new property. It will also offer a one-stop shop for group needs but can also serve as the perfect hub to begin and end each day while exploring area attractions.
With deep ancestral ties to the Beloit area, the Ho-Chunk Nation looks forward to welcoming visitors to their newest property, Ho-Chunk Gaming – Beloit. The destination is equally excited to see this project become a reality and to host groups from near and far to experience Beloit.
